For quantities of 500 bags or less, we can typically print and deliver your bags within 3 weeks. For larger quantities, we may require more time to deliver your order. We always try to achieve the quickest turnaround possible if you need your bags by a specific deadline. If you need your bags quickly, please give us a call or email as soon as possible so we can get to work quickly on meeting your deadline.

There is no minimum order quantity. That said, we do recommend ordering at least 100 bags. Print setup costs are fixed, so spreading them across a bigger run brings your cost per bag down considerably, and ordering in one batch keeps colour and finish consistent across all your bags. The same wide range of customisation options is available across both small and large quantities, including bespoke sizes, full-colour printing, premium handles and specialist finishes. For bulk and wholesale orders, the cost per bag typically decreases as the quantity increases.

As part of our process, you will receive an artwork proof before production begins. We’ll work with you on any revisions and help tailor your design to the available print options. Production will only begin once you’re happy with the artwork and have approved it.

Yes, samples can be arranged so you can assess the bag, material, size and finish before committing to a full order. Availability may vary depending on the bag type, specification and the type of print requested. As far as possible, we aim to provide samples that closely reflect the final bag you are looking to create.

Because these bags are highly customisable it’s often assumed that there are a lot of variables that will alter the cost of the bag, however a lot of these are included in the base price of the bag. The cost will come down to the amount of material used – the larger your bag, the higher the cost. Despite this, we can offer quantity discounts, meaning the more bags you order, the lower the cost per unit will be.

If your luxury bottle bag is made from kraft paper, the bag can be recycled making it eco-friendly. If the bag material is laminated, then the bag can no longer be recycled. However, because of the quality of these bags, they’re highly reusable and are also great for home storage. If eco-friendliness is top of the agenda in your bag choice, a kraft paper material is the go-to choice. We can advise on the finishes and features that make sure the final bag is 100% recyclable.

Luxury bags can be designed with sustainability in mind. By considering the paper, finish and construction, it will often determine how long the bag can be reused. Their strong construction makes many luxury bags suitable for repeated use for shopping, gifting or storage, helping extend their useful life. For customers prioritising recyclability, unlaminated Kraft Luxury Bags are generally the better option than laminated styles.

Kraft luxury bags are recyclable and they are also made form FSC® certified paper; however, they are not recyclable if customised with additional features that add non-recyclable materials to the bag. Any laminated gift bag is not recyclable as the lamination process adds a plastic film to the bag which means the bag cannot be recycled.

In order to create a truly unique bag tailored to your business, our luxury bags can be customised with a range of additional features. Options include printing on the inside of the bag, ribbon closures, metal eyelets, gloss/spot UV, hot foil, embossing and debossing. Each feature creates a different effect. Ribbon closures can add security and presentation, eyelets reinforce the handle area, while spot UV and hot foil can be used to highlight particular elements of your branding. Embossing and debossing add a raised finish to logos, text or artwork.

Luxury bags can be printed on the inside. Printing inside the turnover at the top of the bag is included within the standard printing cost, while printing on the inside gusset or across the full interior of the bag is available as an additional customisation option. Inside printing can be used for additional branding, messages, patterns or design details, helping create a more distinctive and memorable experience when the bag is opened.
